How does a session work?

Each session is done virtually via phone/video. You have a choice of staying on with me while I do the healing work or having me call you back when I'm done. Healing energy is sent through time and space.

Do I need to lie down?

You may sit or lie comfortably while receiving the healing. Please do not stand, engage in other multitasking activities, or operate heavy machinery.
